HOW DO THEY QUALIFY?
The program is based on age or disability, income & net worth as of Dec 31 of the previous year.
•Must be 65+, OR permanently/totally disabled
•Must live in dwelling
•Have a combined household
income of $60k<
•Have assets (net worth) of less than $350,000
Love the work that @thedrmikejones & @summeramorris_ are doing to identify and fix some of the barriers and technicalities of the program but we def have one of the best in the Commonwealth from my research.
