Around that my wife who worked in finance has bought a book called debunking economics, which recommended to everyone. You may want to wait, I know @ProfSteveKeen is working on an updated version. So I put down Adam Smith and read it. It was eye opening. 3/
My goal has been to read as many economics book from the 1700’s up to today. When I read all of the backwards misconceptions and blind spots in @ProfSteveKeen I was glad I didn’t. The main focus in his book was private debt. Public debt as he said wasn’t as pressing 4/
