You had to basically beg the guy to bring in his computer to even get our games on it. Much less any opponent film

I gave Brooks all the pregame white boards we’d used the season before
He goes “what would you say if I told you it’ll be empty some this season?”
He wasn’t kidding. Like 80% of the games we had nothing on the whiteboard. Nothing.

There was a PNR play for John Wall that was nearly unguardable. Randy Wittman’s best play. I gave Brooks film of it multiple times. It was John’s best action by far.
Brooks wouldn’t run it because it wasn’t his. Too stubborn to give Wittman any credit.

(Btw, that last 1 is more important than you think. Ie among MANY other times I pitched the play vs BOS in East Semis. Yeah, the series we lost 4-3.)

Here’s 1 more. He’s also fake as hell. I remember after KD signed w GS seeing him & former OKC ast react. Brooks said “We always said he was soft” or something to the effect. Even said something about why they call @KDTrey5 cupcake. Smile to your face, crush you behind your back.
