3. Check these listings daily
You WILL find steals! Then flip these items locally.P.S. People are ALWAYS getting rid of furniture!

While Goodwill marks up some items, you can find stuff for $1 or less here!

Stop wasting your time!
Check the listings daily (15 minutes max)...or TWICE if you're really ambitious
Contact the "Sellers" & ask them to place it out for you. Then pick it up during your commute or when you're out & about.
