Here is a thread of why some players are in my thinking and others aren't.
Rating each one as:
Red (not in consideration)
Orange (Maybe will take a punt)
Yellow (Good option but not convinced)
Green (Great option may well be in my team)

Aubameyang - I think he will have another great season and will score 200+ points. But I don't think he is a reliable captain so doesn't make it to Green.Willian- Not many options in this price bracket and had a really good end to last season. New club means he is a risk.
Saliba - Unproven and not 100% going to playTierney - Too expensive for me, better options at that priceGrealish - Proven he can get points but is he worth the price.Davis - In most my drafts, expect him to get minutes at 4.5m Nyland - Current starting keeper 4m
Maupay - Good fixtures he may be a good optionDunk - In consideration at Brighton or ChelseaRyan/Button - One or both. Good options as set and forget or RotationLamptey - Rotation risk but cheap and attackingTaylor - Cheap and fairly safe to play (if fit)
Wood - Good price bracket and always does well.Werner - I think he will be one of the best assets this season but he is a risk so can't give him Green.Pulisic - Maybe controversial but a big risk in my opinion and also not 100% fitZiyech - Too much of a risk for me
Pope - Too expensive at 5.5m Ayew - An option at the price range but a bit dullMcCarthy - Good bench option will probably play 4.5mFerguson - Rumoured to play, will have to seeDigne - if Good fixtures maybe worth a punt DCL - Too expensive
Richarlison - Too expenisvePickford - Good option for Set and forgetBranthwaite - Could start 4mFulham Assets - Unproven, Mitrovic too expensive for me to start with him.Struijk - If he is gonna play 4mDallas/Ayling - Risky but could be gold
Vardy - will be avoided because he's expensive but could be greatMaddison - Cheap and should be fully fitLEI DEF - Too expensive with poor formSalah -
