Few easy tips to get more attention as an artist in social media. A thread.

These tips helped me and I hope that you are also will find them useful.

Feel free to add your tips as well!
1. Use one of your best artworks as a profile picture. I can't count how many times I clicked on a person's profile just because I liked his icon. Having a nice picture of yourself also helps.
2. On twitter have a pinned post with your best artworks, contact info, and links to other social media.
Put an "artist" in your bio: digital artist, illustrator, concept artist, etc.
3. If you answer someone, don't use too many gifs or react images. A lot of people will go to your "media" to see more art. And if all that they see is memes, they probably will not follow you for artworks, because... well, they don't see any.
4. If you offer commissions, have link to your commission info in bio or pinned tweet. Or have a message that says to DM you for info.
Consider using google docs for info. It's really easy to edit using PC or phone.
5. Participate in artshares. If you don't have time to collect your artworks, just copy the link to your pinned tweet where you have all the info and 4 best artworks.
6. Repost your old art! A lot of new followers never seen your old artworks. You can also retweet your own tweets.
7. Post your art at the right time. People most often use Tweeter in the morning, lunch or evening. Keep it in mind.
Also, remember about Time Zones!
8. Talk to artists! Be nice, leave comments under their art! Be friendly and supportive. You will get recognized and leave a good impression about yourself.
And about your own posts. If I see that person has overly negative, self-deprecating tweets, I mute or unfollow them.
