Pugachev is not only on run from russian legal system but also UK where he skipped bail. He is a seriously compromised source with very obvious agenda like Browder. Yet he is cited as main source of kremlin intel from everyone from bbc to belton.

CBR & kremlin were furious as genuinely tried to rescue his bank. It was big one & pugachev really was close to Putin. But he screwed them over & pursuit of him since been esp bitter. Now he turned & dishes dirt to anyone who’ll listen. Does have inside line but also big agenda
