So it’s been 3 years since I stopped drinking alcohol and I just to say a few things about drinking/drinking culture in Ireland 🤓

I decided to never ever drink alcohol again for the rest of my life when I was 17 years of age, before hand i would only have 1 or 2 drinks on a night out, I’d never be drunk
At first when I told people I don’t drink anymore they were like “you’re so dry” “you’ll be no craic on a night out” “you wont be on the same buzz as us”.
But the worst reaction out of them all was the judgement/ the questioning and still to this day it happens. The “YEAH BUT WHY DONT YOU DRINK” “WOULD YOU NOT JUST HAVE ONE DRINK” “ONE DRINK WONT KILL YOU LIKE” 🙃
