We really do need more women in production (I yell this probably once a week).. I’ve worked on crews where I’ve been the only female & others where there was only a handful of us.

Some of my best friends, even my roommate are women I’ve met behind the camera (thank god we drink a lot & keep each other sane).

Every day more women are getting behind the camera with the opportunity to create.
Women inspiring each other & the future.
No matter what field we are in, working on closing the gap is SO important.
